Sophie Casey is a Director on the CEO, Board and P&L team at Bespoke. Based in Cleveland ,Ohio. She joined the firm in March of 2026. Prior to Bespoke, she worked for ON Partners, as a consultant where she drove successful C-suite placements across a variety of different industries within private equity.
Sophie has her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in Hispanic Studies from John Carrol University.
In her spare time, you can find Sophie spending time gardening, swimming, attending a yoga class or enjoying a hike with my husband, Patrick, and German Shepard, Myka.
