Shannon Bustillos

Director, Legal and RevOps

Shannon joined Bespoke Partners as Contracts Manager in June 2024 and now serves as Director, Legal and RevOps, based in the San Diego office. Prior to Bespoke, she worked in the aerospace/defense and medical device industries as both a Contracts and Program Manager where she oversaw all contractual and programmatic obligations. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in ensuring precision in reviewing, drafting, and finalizing agreements.

Shannon was born and raised in Anaheim, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, a law degree from Western State College of Law, and a professional certification in Federal Contract Management from UCLA. During her collegiate career at the University of Maryland, she was a Division I softball student-athlete as well as the Vice President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council.
