Sathvika is an Research Analyst on the CEO and Board Practice team at Bespoke. Based in Austin, TX, she joined the firm in June 2026.

Sathvika earned her B.A. in Human Dimensions of Organizations (HDO), with minors in Global Management and Social & Behavioral from The University of Texas at Austin. During her time, she was involved in the HDO Undergraduate society, Liberal Arts Wellbeing Collective, and Texas Global initiatives. Prior to Bespoke, Sathvika gained HR and industrial psychology experience through internships in media and construction.

In her spare time, Sathvika enjoys cooking new recipes, traveling, playing board games, and getting involved in Austin’s film community
