Katie Martin is a Principal at Industra Talent Partners, where she focuses on C-suite and senior leadership searches across manufacturing, distribution, and industrial services markets. Based in Greater Knoxville, Tennessee, she joined the firm in 2026.
Prior to Industra, Katie spent more than six years in executive search, most recently supporting the Consumer & Industrials Practice at Acertitude, where she partnered with clients on executive and senior leadership searches across a range of industries. Earlier in her career, she specialized in executive HR placements, building a strong foundation in identifying and attracting transformative leadership talent.
A graduate of Indiana University, Katie traded the Midwest for the mountains of East Tennessee and never looked back. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, hiking, and finding new adventures with her family and three dogs, whether that means exploring the Smokies or planning the next trip somewhere farther from home.
