Julia Baumann

Based in the New York metro area, Julia is a Principal at Industra Talent Partners, focusing on C-suite and senior leadership roles spanning all functions across manufacturing, distribution, and industrial services markets.

Julia has over six years of experience in executive search and recruitment, having completed complex assignments on behalf of private, public, and private equity-backed businesses across North and Latin America. Prior to joining Industra Talent Partners, she worked for well-known organizations such as Russell Reynolds Associates, Boston Consulting Group, ZRG Partners, and Acertitude.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Julia earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore, hiking, and volunteering. She is particularly passionate about giving back and serves as a mentor to first-generation college students.
