Ashlyn Oster

Ashlyn is a Search Coordinator in Bespoke Partners’ CFO practice, where she supports finance and operating leadership searches across private equity-backed software and SaaS companies. She partners closely with clients, candidates, and search teams to drive a seamless search process from kickoff through placement.

Prior to joining Bespoke, Ashlyn held roles in operations, sales, marketing, and higher education administration. Her cross-functional experience adds a thoughtful and service-oriented perspective to executive search.

Originally from California, Ashlyn graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her rescue dog, Harley.
