Previously, she worked as a Research Associate at McDermott + Bull, where she focused on research, sourcing, and managing talent pipelines for C-suite and other executive positions within the Aerospace/Defense and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. Cindy also has experience working at Russell Reynolds, where she began her executive recruiting journey. Cindy holds a degree in Business Administration from Paul Quinn College.
