With 25+ years of executive search experience, Kristie founded Bespoke Partners in 2011 with one private equity client and not even a handful of employees. Through Kristie’s tireless efforts in recruiting, business development, and mentoring her team, Bespoke now partners with the world’s most successful private equity firms.
Previously, Kristie was a Partner at Lancer Group where she and the Founding Partner successfully built out the firm’s private equity practice. Kristie started her career at A.T. Kearney Executive Search and received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of San Diego.
When taking a brief respite from connecting top talent to Bespoke clients, Kristie loves spending time with her four highly energetic and vocal children.
