Isabel Klatt

Isabel Klatt is a Director on the Go-to-Market team at Bespoke Partners and is based in New York City.

Prior to Bespoke, Isabel spent more than four years at True Search, where she advanced from Senior Associate to Principal within the GTM Practice, specializing in executive searches for venture- and private-equity-backed software and tech-enabled services companies.

Earlier in her career, Isabel held roles across client delivery and external relations at WB&B Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm.

Isabel attended Gettysburg College where she was a member of the Gettysburg women’s soccer team.

Outside of work, Isabel can usually be found on the golf course back home on Long Island or spending time with friends and family.
