Mia Kelter
Principal
Mia Kelter is a Principal on the Go-to-Market team at Bespoke. Based in Austin, Texas, she joined the firm in January 2026. Prior to Bespoke, Mia worked at Momentum Search Partners as an Attorney Recruiting Specialist, where she supported the hiring of attorneys and in-house counsel for AmLaw 50 firms, boutique practices, and corporate legal departments. Prior to joining Momentum, Mia spent four years in marketing roles at DTC startups and global consumer brands in San Francisco, gaining experience supporting high-growth businesses across brand, strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
Mia graduated summa cum laude from TCU’s Honors Program with degrees in Business Administration and Strategic Communications.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends – staying active outdoors, hosting game nights, and exploring Austin’s food scene.
