Jack Hupper
Senior Research Associate
Jack is a Senior Associate within the Industrials practice at Industra Talent Partners, an executive search affiliate of Bespoke Partners. He is based in Austin and joined the firm in November of 2025. Prior to joining Bespoke, Jack spent over six years at GLG, where he led teams working on behalf of a broad spectrum of financial services clients.
Jack graduated from Wake Forest University with Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Spanish. He’s no stranger to the stage, having led productions by Shakespeare and Sondheim, competed with his Jazz Big Band, and performed in a cappella groups throughout his lifetime.
In his free time, Jack is frequently found wielding power tools and paintbrushes, or plunking away at the piano, but when he’s not making something new, he’s playing fetch with his dog, finding new music, or exploring Austin!
