Wade Johnson

Senior Principal

Wade Johnson is a Senior Principal on the Go-to-Market team at Bespoke. Based in New Orleans, she joined the firm in March 2025. Prior to Bespoke, she worked for True Search as a Senior Associate where she specialized in executive People, Talent, and Legal search.

Wade is also the Co-Founder of Exploradora Coffee, a wholesale coffee roastery where she built a team and scaled her business that sells into restaurants, offices, hotels, and coffee shops across the country.

Wade has BA in Journalism from The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

In her spare time, you can find Wade spending time entertaining her miniature dachshund and two cats, crafting her Mardi Gras outfits, and traveling to coffee countries to source coffee beans.
