Sahar Samman

Sahar is a Principal on the Finance team at Bespoke. Based in Mobile, she joined the firm in March 2026. Prior to Bespoke, she was a Senior Associate at Falcon Partners, a boutique executive search firm, where she partnered with private equity clients investing in lower-middle-market businesses across a wide range of industries, including consumer, professional services, specialty manufacturing, and software. During her four-year tenure, she placed executives, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VPs of HR, Controllers, and Go-To-Market leaders, helping build leadership teams across diverse organizations and sectors.

Sahar previously held roles at Nationwide Insurance, where she began in the Business Technology group serving as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational process improvements. She later joined the Derivatives Middle Office team as an Investment Analyst, supporting daily derivatives trading activity, partnering with trading, operations, and risk teams, and helping ensure accurate trade execution, reconciliation, and reporting across complex investment portfolios.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South, with minors in Business (Finance concentration) and Philosophy.

In her spare time, Sahar can often be found in a Pilates class, traveling somewhere new, or escaping the Alabama heat at the beach with her dog, Margot.
