Kimberly Kent

Kimberly is an accomplished Director on the CEO Recruiting Practice at Bespoke. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, she joined the firm in 2026. Prior to Bespoke, she worked at Eastward Partners and SPMB, where she was consistently a top performer.

She has over 7 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. Her expertise has been in working on VP and C-level placements for pre-revenue VC-backed startups to PE-funded organizations to multi-billion-dollar public companies. She has successfully led and executed searches across a number of industries, including Enterprise Software, B2B2C, Consumer Marketplaces, Data/Analytics, Payments, Logistics and API integration companies.

Kimberly earned her B.A. in English Literature and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University where she was Athlete of the Year and 2-Time All American. In her free time, you can find her at the beach with her husband and daughters.
