Erin McElfresh

Erin has built her career in executive search, with a focus on placing CFOs and other key members of the finance function for companies ranging from private equity and venture-backed startups to large-cap public companies.

Before joining Bespoke, Erin worked at True Search in the firm’s Financial Officers Practice where she specialized in leading searches for CFOs and senior finance executives across a variety of industries including SaaS, Professional Services, Media, Healthcare, and CPG. Earlier in her career, Erin led the research department at The Prince Houston Group, a boutique executive search firm specializing in investment management and alternatives recruiting.

Erin graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. While at UVA, Erin was a competing member of the Women’s Varsity Swim & Dive Team. She is a Upstate NY native and currently lives in the New York City area.
