Emel Terzioglu

Emel Terzioglu is a Senior Principal in the Industrials Practice at Bespoke Partners. She is based in Chicago and joined the firm in October 2025. Before joining Bespoke, Emel was a Senior Associate at PierceGray, a boutique retained executive search firm, where she partnered with leading private equity firms including Ares, TPG, Bain, KPS, Warburg, and Tenex, among others. Throughout her career in executive search, she has led more than 60 successful C-suite and team build searches, spanning roles such as COO, CFO, CHRO.

Emel graduated from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Human Resources and is SHRM certified.

Outside of work, Emel can often be found at a barre or yoga class, exploring the local restaurant scene with friends, at the Lincoln Park Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, and reading along the Chicago lakefront. She also enjoys traveling internationally with her boyfriend Alex, and spending time at home with her cat, Mo, and dog, Coley.
