Caitlin Huber

Caitlin Huber is the Director of Learning and Development at Bespoke Partners, where she leads initiatives to create innovative, data-driven training programs that empower leaders and teams to reach their full potential. Based in Austin, she brings more than a decade of experience in learning design, talent development, and technology integration.

Before joining Bespoke, Caitlin was Director of Learning and Development at CMIT Solutions, where she designed cross-functional training programs that dramatically reduced time-to-competence across the organization. She also pioneered the use of generative AI to automate assessment materials and accelerate e-learning content development. Earlier in her career, Caitlin taught and developed dual credit science programs (high school and college courses), managed instructional design teams, and created large-scale professional development for educators.

Caitlin holds both a Master of Education with advanced studies in biological sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas A&M University. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her three Goldendoodles, listening to true crime podcasts, rereading/rewatching the Harry Potter series, and traveling whenever she can!
