Marie Deller serves as a Partner in Bespoke’s Finance Practice, bringing nearly a decade of executive search experience to the firm. She specializes in placing CFOs within private equity–backed software companies and has partnered closely with many of the industry’s most respected investors, including TA Associates, TCV, TPG Capital, and Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS).

Before joining Bespoke in 2025, Marie was a Partner in Lancor’s CFO Practice, where she played a pivotal role in scaling search delivery for technology clients. She is known for navigating complex organizational dynamics and identifying high-impact finance leaders who can thrive in fast-changing environments.

Marie began her career as an auditor, building a strong foundation in finance and operations that enhances her analytical approach to leadership assessment. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nevada.
