Brandon Lord is a Partner in the CEO, Board, & P&L Practice with Bespoke Partners. Based in Boston, he joined the firm in 2025. Prior to Bespoke, he spent nearly a decade with Heidrick & Struggles focused on supporting both PE backed and public B2B software companies recruit Board Director, CEO, President, General Manager, and other C-Suite leaders. Over the past 9 years Brandon has completed over 100 searches for firms such as Warburg Pincus, Accel-KKR, Centerbridge Partners, PSG Equity, Siris Capital, Quad-C, and THL.
Prior to Heidrick, Brandon spent several years with the boutique regional search firm WinterWyman, where he helped establish a newly formed executive search practice. He began his career in finance within the Boston technology start-up ecosystem.
Brandon graduated from Western New England University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and also holds an MBA from Suffolk University. On the weekend, you can find Brandon spending time with his wife and three daughters, at the gym, or playing golf.
